American Express sues credit card holder over unpaid balance
American Express Centurion Bank filed suit in the Galveston County District Court on Jan. 15, naming Ronald Hamann as the sole defendant.
AMEX is suing Hamann for allegedly failing to pay off a credit card they issued.
Hamann received cash advances and made purchases on the card totaling $36,250.30. AMEX alleges Hamann has failed to pay off the balance in the requisite time period, but has not disputed the charges, according to the complaint.
AMEX is seeking the unpaid balance on the card equaling $36,250.30.
It is being represented by attorney Donald D. DeGrasse.
