Recent real estate foreclosures filed in Jefferson County courts

JPMorgan Chase has filed an application to foreclose on the property of Timothy Weaver, administrator of the estate of Elzina Young, located at 3155 Timberwood Lane, Beaumont, Texas 77703.

The application was filed Sept. 5 in Jefferson County District Court.foreclosure

The original loan was for $48,000. The amount required to cure the default is $18,484.88.

The Codilis & Stawiarski law firm represents the lender.

Judge Gary Sanderson, 60th District Court, is assigned to the case.
