Fees

We charge Flat Fees to defend credit card lawsuits. This means that your fee is fixed; there is no hourly rate and no surprises. We also do not charge any percentage of the debt saved as other attorneys do. What you see is what you get with our fees. Below is a fee estimate for what we will likely quote you after hearing about your credit card lawsuit:

We accept payment plans. Most clients only pay $250.00 or less to get started with our firm. We also accept a myriad of payment methods.

The above fee range covers everything through trial but does not include appeal or possible post-judgment work, if any.
