Discover Bank sues Vidor man for delinquent account
Discover Bank has filed suit against Vidor resident Paul Sergeant, seeking to collect on a past due account.
The suit was filed Feb. 12 in Orange County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, the parties entered into a card member agreement. The balance owing on the account is $3,766.87.

Taylor attorney Joseph O’Bell of Zwicker & Associates represents the plaintiff.
The case has been assigned to Orange County 128th District Court Judge Courtney Arkeen.
