S and S Sprinkler sues Capital Crew for unpaid bill
S and S Sprinkler Co. LLC filed suit in the District Court of Jefferson County on Nov. 12, naming Capitol Crew LLC as the sole defendant.
This lawsuit stems from an alleged unpaid debt owed to S and S Sprinkler Co.

S and S Sprinkler Co. claims they entered into a contract with Capital Crew to install a sprinkler system at the True Vine Baptist Church at 1448 Second Ave. in Port Arthur.
S and S claims it installed the system in March, but has yet to paid and claims Capital Crew still owes them money under their contract for good and services.
S and S Sprinkler Co. is suing for breach of contract and quantum meruit, accusing Capital Crew of receiving a benefit for which it did not pay.
S and S Sprinkler Co. is seeking actual damages in the amount of $18,629.10.
It is being represented by attorney Bruce M. Partain.
The case has been assigned to Judge Gary Sanderson, 60th District Court.
