Bankruptcy is a powerful federal law that allows you to obtain a fresh start and eliminate many debts.  The most popular type of bankruptcy filing is a Chapter 7.  Credit card debts, medical debts and business loans are very common forms of debts that are usually discharged in a bankruptcy.

Sometimes however filing for bankruptcy is overkill.  Perhaps you only have a few debts or one lawsuit. Bankruptcy should be your last resort after you have exhausted all other options.  We can examine your debts and determine whether or not bankruptcy is in your best interest.  Unlike many debt defense law firms, we offer a full spectrum of debt relief services, including bankruptcy so you get all of the options.  Many firms only do debt defense or only do bankruptcy.  We do both.
